We are an artisanal bakery on wheels. The kinds of products you will find here are breads; ex baguette, ciabatta, etc. Pastries and espresso based coffees. Ever since I was a small girl I always knew baking was my passion especially dough based products. What really had me intrigued was the science behind it, the art, and the experimenting. After graduating High school I further my skills and went to SAIT to achieve my diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts. I always knew I wanted to open my own bakery, so I could spread my passion for baking.
There is just something to be said about freshly baked bread. The feeling of the dough when shaping it for proofing. The way the lame glides across the top when creating the design. The way the bread smells when baking in the oven.
