Take notice that the Council of Lac La Biche County is proposing to pass a bylaw pursuant to Section 692 of the Municipal Government Act and a public hearing will be held to obtain public input on proposed Bylaws 21-021, 21-022 and 21-023. The purpose of proposed Bylaw 21-021 is to amend Municipal Development Plan Map 6A by changing Lot 2, Block 1, Plan 1423205 from Industrial to Residential – Estate.
The purpose of proposed Bylaw 21-022 is to amend Lac La Biche West Area Structure Plan Map 5.0 by changing Lot 2, Block 1, Plan 1423205 from Agriculture to Residential.
The purpose of proposed Bylaw 21-023 is to rezone Lot 2, Block 1, Plan 1423205 from General Industrial District (GI) to On-site Estate Residential District 1 (OE1).

There will be two public hearings held on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, commencing at 11 am, or as soon as practical thereafter. The hearings will occur sequentially with the public hearing on Bylaw 21-021, 21-022 and 21-023 commencing at 11 am, followed by the public hearing on Bylaw 21-024. Therefore, those wishing to participate in either hearing should be in attendance at 11 am.
Anyone who is interested in speaking on the proposed bylaw is encouraged to participate. Presentations can be in-person, virtually or by written submission. Each participant will be given up to 10 minutes to present to County Council. Please note that Council Chambers has limited seating and public health guidelines will be adhered to related to physical distancing and room capacity.

Submissions received after the public hearing cannot be considered by Council, so it is important that interested parties participate in the public hearing.
